Pickup & Delivery Service
Pickup and delivery service is available for the convenience of our customers and friends.
A few things to take note of:-
For pickup and delivery, service fee of $15~$18/trip is applicable. Once schedule is booked, a confirmation SMS will be sent to yous. In the event where the delivery slots are full, you might not receive an SMS. If that’s the case, please contact 9792 0246 to check for status.
There will be a penalty of $15 for cancelling a confirmed pickup that is scheduled in less than 3 hours, unless other arrangements were agreed prior to the cancellation.
Luthier Singapore will contact you once your instrument is fixed and ready to be delivered to you. Delivery fee of $15~$18 applies.
Maximum of 3 guitars per trip. For amps collection and repair services, please contact us (9792 0246) directly.
Luthier Singapore reserves the right to change the collection and delivery schedule if there is any unforeseen circumstances occur.
